Virtual FAFSA Workshop Feb. 18th from 6-8PM. High school students planning to go to college or trade school in the 2021/2022 school year, can get help filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, which is the form that qualifies you for financial aid from the federal government to help pay for college. FAFSA apps are due MARCH 2nd!
There will be two simultaneous sessions, one in English and one in Spanish, featuring a line-by-line demonstration on completing the FAFSA. Please click into the Teams meeting below:

- Student and parent's FSA ID, if you already have one; or create an FSA ID.
- A copy of the student and/or the parent's 2019 Tax Returns, if filed*.
- A copy of the student and/or the parent's 2019 W2s, 1099s and/or Schedule Cs, if worked, and,
- All 2019 untaxed income information. Untaxed information includes, but is not limited to, child support, housing, food, and other living allowances, veterans non-educational benefits, etc.
Please note, this workshop is not just for those planning to attend Mt. San Jacinto Community College. It is for all students preparing for any college or certified trade school during the 2021/2022 academic year. Troubleshoot MS Teams:
- If you will be joining this presentation via a mobile device, such as an iPhone or iPad, you must have the MS Teams app installed on your device to join the meeting, use Self-Service for district iPads. Mobile Teams is only supported via App.
- If using a computer/laptop, but the Teams app in not yet installed, you can join via browser, but it must be Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
